Located at just outside of Grandview, this quadplex was completely gutted and renovated within 3 months. We oversaw the process from the ground up facilitating demolition of the existing units, an overhaul of the mechanical systems and installation of a central air HVAC unit whereas prior to the building only had central heat and window unit AC.

We handled all of the leasing and lease agreement processes for our client and had the units rented within 3 weeks of completion post construction at 3x the previous rental price.
