Located in the heart of Downtown Columbus, the renovation of this 14 unit apartment building was a challenging project, considering the building's age, historical value, and the custom features required for the renovation. The building, which dates back to 1887, underwent a significant transformation to become a modern, attractive, and sustainable apartment complex.

This project includes several key components, including custom steel balconies, a two-level covered steel walkway, historic restoration, architectural design, and project management. The apartments feature exposed brick, adding character and a unique ambiance to each unit. The building has also received a 15-year tax abatement, which will help to offset the cost of the renovation.

A two-level covered steel walkway was constructed to provide safe and convenient access to each unit. The walkway features a modern design that complements the building's historical qualities. The walkway will also provide added security for residents and visitors.
