Located at 1655 Old Leonard Ave, this project involves the renovation of an existing brick schoolhouse to create a modern and functional headquarters for ECDI, a 501c3 nonprofit organization based in Columbus, Ohio that specializes in micro-financing and job creation.

The renovated schoolhouse provides a modern and functional headquarters for the nonprofit organization, with a mix of private offices, co-working spaces, classrooms, a women's business center, an executive conference room, private meeting rooms, and a second means of egress. The renovation has preserved the building's historic facade and contributes to the revitalization of the surrounding community.

KOR Services LLC assisted ECDI in meeting inclusion goals of over 44% on this construction project working with MBE and WBE businesses and subcontractors.
